Here's my trick speedracer, ask for a court date, once that court date is given reschedule it for a later one(make sure you reschedule 2 weeks ahead of time). Once you recieve your second court date, reschedule for a third one. This is ball stops rolling, they will not let you reschedule a third time. With any kind of luck when you attend the hearing the opposing officer will not be present, in which your case is automatically dismissed. Out of my last 7 tickets 6 have been dismissed and 1 I attended traffic school for.
